Sri Anandha Agasta was born in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu. From childhood, he was deeply and whole heartedly involved in every activity he does. His major strength is that he will adept things easily and attain the status of maestro quickly. His active participation makes him an antecedent in the activities he is involved in, even if it's a small pursuit.
From the very childhood, his father gave him vigorous Boxing training. The spirit of learning urged him to learn martial arts at the young age of 12. At this age, he realized that the body is essential in attaining the supreme state of spirituality. To strengthen his body physically, he practiced various martial arts, such as Karate, Shaolin Kung-fu, Silambam, Boxing, Gymnastics, Taekwondo, Yoga, Varma, Kobudo, and so on. While practicing these martial arts and reaching higher levels, he could see that they were also spiritually linked and also mind-oriented, so he started searching for holistic gurus to widen his spiritual knowledge.
And so, his spiritual journey begins. He spent around 25 years traveling all around the world, including Burma and Tibet, met 13 holistic gurus, learned Yoga, Pranayama, Kriya, Hatha Yoga, 15 Yoga Sutras, Tibetian Yoga etc., and mastered them, but he was still discontented and felt that this was not the purpose of the life and his soul was searching for something. One fine day when he was in Kolli hills, Namakkal, he was able to attain some splendiferous healing energy from universe. Those self-attainment were human consciousness and blissfulness, and these two are the peaks of the spiritual journey. He was wholeheartedly contented with his attainment and planned to share it with the rest of the society. Through his superstitious vision, he is ascertaining that seven holistic souls will benefit from him and attain the state of Nirvana. He is referred to as a Bodhisattva because he is enlightened and destined to guide others in reaching the state of awakening/nirvana.
He is exhorting the principle and meditation practices that he learned over 25 years to attain the state of awakening and blissfulness to the society and naming his crew Athmakalin Sangamam. This spiritual attainment will help you keep your body, mind and soul balanced to progress spiritually and gain strength to face difficulties and get rid of past aggravation.
In Sri Anandha Agasta Yoga & Meditation Centre, we are teaching various meditation techniques and making you experience the true essence of spirituality that helps you attain the state of enlightenment. Even a soul with fewer spiritual knowledge can attain enlightenment through his guidance and practices. As you ease into the practice, your mind shifts to a more subtle kind of awareness and experience the holistic taste of blissfulness in addition to learning. He is categorizing meditation techniques into three methods, where he will teach the supreme state of spirituality at the very beginning of your spiritual journey. The first meditation technique is Satori meditation, which gives joy, blissfulness and samathi experience, and this is the supreme nature of yourself (no-mind state). Along with this, you will experience Kundalini awakening, which means a sudden psycho-physical change that will make you feel more blissful and energetic. This is one of the notable methods in spirituality, and here we are teaching it to you and realizing that you can live enlightenment with a state of consciousness(witness) and blissfulness attained through intuitive illumination. Once you cleanse your body, mind and energy with Satori, you will be able to reap all the good things that you are thriving for.
In the next method, you will learn the basic consciousness techniques called sutra /mantra / Anapanasati meditation. To enhance your level of consciousness, you will learn Vipassana and Uluji meditation practices. In order to attain the nirvana state, satori, vipassana, and Uluji practices are enough. You will become a meditator after practising these techniques, but only a yogi can apply these techniques with shraddha. In order to make you a yogi, you will be given karma yoga practices to do each and every action blissfully and without attachment. By achieving this state, you are transforming into a spiritual yogi and attaining the refinement stage. These stages can be attained in a very short span through the holistic guidance of our living Bodhisattva guru Sri Anandha Agasta. We help you transform into a fully enlightened individual through our spiritual practices and meditation techniques. In the near future, after attaining enlightenment, based on your wish, you could join in our Sri Anandha Agasta family and travel with our guru all along your life.
