Refund and Return Policy

Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements are at sole discretion of Sri Anandha Agasta Yoga & Meditation Centre and will be accepted and done only after one to one email communication with the shopper or customer who has placed an order on the website.

Offers, Discounts, Packs, Special rates, Shipping time, Processing time, Products displayed on www.srianandhaagasta.org website are only applicable for Orders placed and paid via Online and not applicable for our Retail Outlets.

1. How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online within 24 hrs of placing the order. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days . An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

2. Can I cancel a part of the order?

No.

3. How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and 3-4 days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier. Your refund process will take 7-10 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within 12 days from the date we receive the item from the courier.

4. Whom should we contact to get the money transferred from the cancelled product?

Refunds are at sole discretion of Sri Anandha Agasta Yoga & Meditation Centre and will be accepted and done only after one to one email communication with the shopper or customer who has placed an order on the website. All Refunds shall be done through Bank deposits only to a Nationalized (Indian based) Bank account, irrespective of payment being made within India or Outside India/CCavenue/Payment Gateway/Paypal.

5. What is the replacement process?

Step 1: All eligible replacement requests need to be notified to us by email to support@srianandhaagasta.org within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. Please mention the following information in the email:

  • Order Number
  • Your email ID registered with us
  • Name of the damaged product and quantity damaged
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the package and the damaged products

Step 2: We will review your replacement request and confirm if the request is approved on email in 48 hours

Step 3: If replacement is approved, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending and receiving the replacement of your item. Tracking information on the return parcel/package has to be communicated with the tracking information to support@srianandhaagasta.org, with reference to the Order No. against which return is being done. Shipping costs incurred already towards an order are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Step 4: After the receipt of your parcel, we will verify the products and authorize it for replacement within 3 days if the products are found to be in proper condition.

Step 5: Once approved, we will ship the replacement product in 48 hours. In case the replacement product is not available in stock, we may contact you to choose a different product or refund the purchase cost to you. The refund process will take 7-10 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within 12 days.

6. When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement product will be shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of the original item, subject to the following conditions:

  • The products should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed. In the case of Red Sandalwood Mala, it should not be conditioned.
  • The products should have the original tags and should be in the original packaging.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions would not be accepted. No replacement will be provided for such products.

7. Can I choose a different product in exchange?

No, you can't choose a different product in exchange until we are out of stock of the ordered product.

8. How much time does it take to issue the refund?

The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned goods. The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within 12 days from the date we receive the return.

9. How is the refund made?

Refunds will be sent to the same card/bank account from which the payment was made. In case it is not possible for our Payment Gateway to send the refund to the same card/bank account due to the expiry of the refund window, we will request you to provide an image of a cancelled cheque using which we will send the refund money through online fund transfer.

10. Can I modify or cancel my order?

No, you can't modify or cancel an order once placed successfully on the website.

11. How do I return the products?

Your satisfaction is essential to us. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. Please follow our return guidelines for a smooth process:

  • Initiate your return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Contact our customer support team to request a return and receive detailed instructions.
  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:

a. Cancellation & Refund against already delivered product, returning due to any reason, will get refund only for the product value. Shipping charges & Payment gateway charges will not be refunded.

b. Cancellation & Refund after dispatch & before delivery, will get refund only for the product value. Shipping charges & Payment gateway charges will not be refunded.

c. Cancellation & Refund before dispatch, will get refund for the product value & shipping charges and Payment gateway charges too.

This process may take up to 7-10 working days, intimation of refund shall be sent to you via email.


We will provide replacements in the following circumstances:

  • Genuine defect or damage in the product received
  • Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments with tags. Please refer to the size chart in the product page to ascertain if the garment is of the right size before buying.
  • Package damaged in transit
  • In case wrong item has been shipped to you

No replacement will be given in the following cases:

  • In case of minor design and color variations. With handcrafted/handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition
  • If the customer changes his / her mind after purchasing or on receipt of the product
  • If the product is returned without a written confirmation from us via email
  • If the product is not returned through our courier, Blue Dart

Damages & Claims:

The Company has a very good track record of delivering the goods, adhering with safety procedures, certifications and stipulations that are applicable in India and advised for International shipments. Despite these safety measures, there are chances that products may get damaged in transit due to manhandling at different levels. And, for such damages occurred during transit and due to manhandling outbound the limits of our premises, Sri Anandha Agasta Yoga & Meditation Centre cannot be held responsible.

For damages occurred during transit and damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. The company cannot be held responsible for the damages. No refunds will be issued under such conditions.
